AUTOMATIC PROPANE DELIVERY

When it comes to propane fuel delivery, we want to ensure a reliable, convenient, and safe experience for all our customers. That’s why we’re pleased to offer automatic delivery!

With automatic delivery, we do all the work behind the scenes to schedule a delivery date for your home or business. We keep careful track of your past usage and other relevant factors and then automatically come fill your tank when we determine a delivery is needed. Best of all, there’s no need for you to be home when we deliver your propane. It couldn’t be easier for our customers!

Plus, if you sign up for our Auto Pay Credit Card Account, we’ll automatically send you a statement and bill your credit card on a date of your choosing for added convenience. Other payment options are available as well.

WILL-CALL DELIVERY

If you prefer, you can choose a will-call delivery option. This means that you will monitor your propane tank fuel gauge and notify us when the propane level is at 30% in order for your driver to make arrangements for your delivery. There are various payment options available to our will- call customers. Please review them carefully as some require that the customer be home at the time of the delivery (emergency delivery feed may apply).

24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE

Should you ever have problems with your propane equipment or find yourself in a fuel run-out situation, Brown’s Gas Company offers customers 24-hour emergency service. We are available to take your call any time day or night, 365 days a year.

If you need service after our regular business hours, your call will be taken by our live answering service personnel and dispatched to our on-call service technician who will gladly come to your home to take care of your emergency.

No matter the situation, no need to panic—you’ve got Brown’s Gas Company on your side!

PILOT LIGHT SERVICE

If your pilot light on your propane-fired appliances goes out for any reason, no need to panic—just give Brown’s Gas Company a call at (800) 544-5336. This includes:

Cooktop
Oven
Water Heater
Heater

There is a minimum $60 service call fee for these services. If you are concerned that there may be a gas leak in your home, please exit your home and call us immediately at (800) 544-5336.

IMPORTANT: If you are out of gas due to non-payment, there will be a charge for after-hours service. Please read our “Out of Gas Policy” for details about after-hour charges for our services.

OUT OF GAS SERVICE

If you’re a current Brown’s Gas Company customer and find your propane tank is empty, please follow the instructions below based on your situation.

Keep-Full Customers - If You Run out of Gas…

In the unfortunate instance that you should run out of gas, please call us at (800) 544-5336. We have a 24-hour live answering service to assist you. If it is found that you are out of gas due to an error on our part, we will be there to correct the situation the same day, usually within 2 hours. There will be no charges for these services.

We have a service technician on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that will be available to help with your situation.

Will-Call Customers (Includes Prepay) - If You Run out of Gas…

In the unfortunate instance that you should run out of gas during our normal business hours, please call (800) 544-5336 for assistance. If you are out of gas because you neglected to read your tank and call for delivery 7-10 days in advance, we may provide immediate service if you agree to the special trip fee listed in our Out of Gas Policy.

If you are out of gas because we made an error, we will attempt to be there to correct the situation the same day.

If there are unforeseen or other circumstances that have caused the out-of-gas situation, we will try to correct the circumstance and get you back in service as quickly as possible based on our schedule.
