Out of Gas Service

DURING BUSINESS HOURS

In the unfortunate instance that you should run out of gas during normal business hours, please call for assistance. If it is found that you are out-of-gas due to our error, we will be there to correct the situation the same day, usually within 2 hours.

If there are unforeseen or other circumstances that has caused the out of gas situation, we will try to correct the circumstance and get you back in service.

AFTER BUSINESS HOURS

In the unfortunate instance that you should run out of gas after hours, we have a 24 hour live answering service to assist you. If it is found that you are out-of-gas due to our error, we will be there to correct the situation the same day, usually within 2 hours.   

We have a serviceman on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, that will be called to help you with your needs or concerns.

WARNING: If you are out of gas due to non-payment, there will be a charge for after hours service. You will need to read our "Out of Gas Policy" to understand whether or not there will be any after hour charges for our services.
